The tracker now covers serviced apartments, aparthotels and worker dormitories alongside co-living and student housing. This update adds 32 records: recent and upcoming serviced-apartment openings in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines, a new co-living property in Singapore, and worker dormitory operators in Singapore and Malaysia. Opening dates and bed counts are as stated in the linked public sources.
