Share houses (シェアハウス) and monthly mansions (マンスリーマンション) in Japan
Comparison page: Japan is outside the six markets we track record by record. It is here to compare with Southeast Asia's local rental types.
A share house (シェアハウス) in Japan is a furnished house or building with private bedrooms and shared kitchen and living space, usually run by an operator and rented monthly. A monthly mansion (マンスリーマンション, "mansion" meaning an apartment) is a furnished flat rented by the week or month, often for business stays. This is a comparison page: Japan is not one of our six tracked markets.
