Bedspace, boarding houses and dorms in the Philippines
A bedspace is a bed in a shared room, rented by the month: the cheapest form of city housing in the Philippines. Boarding houses and dormitories rent rooms or beds near universities and business districts. The rent-control law (RA 9653) covers all of these.
